General Terms

These Terms and Conditions("Terms") govern the registration and participation in the Vertical Regeneration Course with Dr. Istvan Urban ("Event") taking placeon November 20–21, 2025, in Vilnius, Lithuania. The Event is organizedby MB The Fair Hands ("Organizer"). By registering for thisEvent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

This course is open to licensed dental professionals, including but not limited to:

• Oral surgeons
• General dentists
• Periodontologists
• Maxillofacial surgeons

By registering, you confirm that you are aqualified dental professional.

Registration and Payment

• Registration is considered complete only after full payment has     been received.
• Participation is limited and subject to availability.
• Payment must be made through the provided official payment channels.

Fees and Inclusions

The registration fee includes

• Access to all lectures and hands-on sessions
• Educational materials
• Certificate of participation
• Coffee breaks and lunch on both days

Not included:travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund available until April     15, 202
• 50% refund available until June     1, 2025
• No refund for cancellations after June     1, 2025

All cancellation requests must be submittedin writing to info@urbaninvilnius.com

In the event of cancellation by theOrganizer, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee. MB The Fair Hands is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses

MB The Fair Hands reserves the right tomake changes to the program, speakers, or venue if necessary. Any major changeswill be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain aprofessional and respectful attitude throughout the course. The Organizerreserves the right to remove any participant who violates this policy, with no entitlement to a refund.

Intellectual Property

All course materials and presentations arethe intellectual property of the Organizer or the course lecturers.Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Liability Disclaimer

Participation in the Event is at your own risk. MB The Fair Hands accepts no liability for personal injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the Event.

Data Protection and Privacy

By registering, participants consent to thecollection and use of their personal data for event management purposes. Yourdata will not be shared with third parties except where legally required orwith your explicit consent.

Photography and Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during theEvent and used by the Organizer for future promotional and educationalpurposes. By attending, you grant permission to appear in such materials,unless you notify the Organizer in writing prior to the Event.

Force Majeure

MB The Fair Hands is not liable for anydelay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, includingnatural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the lawsof the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be settled by thecompetent courts of Vilnius.
